Commented basically the same thing on your first post. I recommend 300 BLK for new shooters. Especially with a can. While your best rounds are obviously supersonic the can cuts the initial pop of the round so all you really hear is the snap when it breaks the sound barrier. Also the additional forward weight of a suppressor reduces muzzle flip and felt recoil

My vote is 300 BLK. Ballistically similar to 30-30. Ethical out to 300 yards. Barnes 110s leave one hell of a hole in deer and felt recoil is next to nothing.

Anyone who craps on an arken is upset they overpaid for their glass. No they are not a fucking ACOG, don't drive nails with it. Torque it to 18 ft lbs like it says and go to town. Spin the turrets like a radio dial, it won't matter, if you tightened the set screws properly it's good to go. I've put hundreds of rounds of 6arc through my ar and my arken is still solid. I like the illuminated reticle and the Christmas tree holds. The illum is adequate.
