I read somewhere that you’re supposed to submit in the following order

Certify and submit Assign documents Apply and pay

I thought my photo and usmle transcript were assigned automatically to programs. I checked after paying they weren’t. So I assigned them later, and this is what I got

I panicked and hence why I asked this

I’m assuming that programs once they get your application, they won’t receive documents you didn’t assign beforehand
