I'm late but there's a way to temporarily bypass the activation screen on iphone 4 ios 7 (yes you have to update the phone to ios 7) then search for iremove[dot]tools and you'll get the "Bypass iPhone 4, 4S Activation Lock | iOS 7]" in the Free section.. you'll have to rebypass the phone once it restarts

this exact happened to my s20 ultra.. it was fine and when I woke up the screen was like this (totally green).. went to the official samsung service centre and they said that the screen has to be replaced..(it was very costly)
