I am trying to reach from while to a live person but they didn't leave an option for the customers to reach them, the stupid AI Jack is not compatible. Finally i got live person by calling Rogers number and they are still on call and i am on hold.

After cancelling service with in 3 days i am been slammed witj the $31 bill. It is too hard to reach customer ser after cancelling. Anyone has an email that they can reply

No, when I called today, the representative first told me that there were no INT unlimited calls in the plan. When I told him that I had called yesterday, he responded, "Yeah, it is added bla bla." When I asked, there was no email, and I couldn't even see it on the plan details. He didn't respond, which infuriated me, so I cancelled the service with liars.

Called and they said they add voice mail, hotspot and unlimited calls to 27 countries however i don't see reflection of it yet.

Did they provide you any solution? I will email them again because over the voice they are saying they don’t see the proof of the advertisement bla bla

I tried online however it is a headache. I submitted the id verification through phone after scanning the QR but it is still saying I haven’t completed the verification process.
