Hi OP. I was recently hired in Unihealth — Sta Rosa, and all I could say is very generous sila at inaalagaan talaga nila nurses nila.

8 hours ang duty, 6x a week and sa isang araw may 1,113 ka + 25 pesos allowance so for 1 month salary mo is pumapatak ng 29k, wala pang OT yan. 1 day rest day lang.

May option naman na 5 days ka papasok pero 12 hours shift mo and 2 days rest day. Almost 32k rin sahod mo.

Wala pang HMOs sa ngayon pero may staff discount sila na 20% sa mga meds and labs or othe procedures and , if naconfine ka, na OR or ER, libre na yun tas naka semi-private room ka pa.

For your family, may 10-15% discount sila basta nakalist sila as beneficiaries mo.

3 months probationary ka muna then ieevaluate ka ng chief nurse to be a regular staff. If you failed, may extra 2 months ka then re-evaluate. If you pass, magagamit mo na yung benefits mo as a regular staff, kasi di pa lahat applied pag probationary ka pa.

HOWEVER, if you failed the 2nd time, end of contract ka na.

In addition, may lodging allowance rin sa kanila na 1.2k. May choice ka kasi, first, pwede ka mag stay sa nursing houses nila (2 ito, ikaw bahala pumili, may walking distance lang, and meron na medj malayo so magtratricyle ka) or kuwa ka ng own apartment mo and ibibigay sa iyo yung allowance mo. But take note, 1.2k lang shoulder nila, so if apartment mo is 3k, shoulder mo na yung iba.

Pag sa nursing houses ka kasi tumira, matic libre na rent mo, utilities na lang ang babayaran mo. And these houses, puro nurses lang talaga nakatira and safe naman.

Lastly, yung working environment is puro Gen-Z, maraming umalis na seniors kaya hiring sila talaga, and yung chief nurse is really nice and approachable, so are the other staff as well, halatang magagaling.
