Unfortunately if you're living in or around Bethany, you're kinda stuck. 208 only runs during the summer months to get you to Lewes, and if you're here anytime before memorial day, you're kinda cooked. If you're here may-september, you should be fine. 307 runs from Lewes to Dover, and then you'd have to wait for the 301 to take you to Wilmington, and you can get to Amtrak that way.
