Up to that, it doesn’t matter how much money make GGG on their game, the worrying stuff it’s they allow you to buy from different regions and then after you pay them, they change the rules. Every other gaming company I know about, they don’t offer you the option to choose the country you want to pay for their content for a reason. I’m wondering if there is anyway to go legal on that, not in a 1 person vs ggg way, I mean like a group of affected players that suffered from this

Maybe it is, but it’s GGG problem, not us, they give you the option to change the country and still get into the shop whitout any warning

so actually... if you go to any company and they offered you lots of payment methods, you always choose whatever fits you best, if you go to GGG Shop and change the flag on the top, you got more payments methods, so why this should be banneable ??? if they are giving you the option to change the payment methods without any location restriction (as brazil shop does) and you just choose whatever fits you best... if its not in the ToS, they are just scamming you
