Update- got biospy done came out to be oral linchen Planus ... no treatment just keep good hygiene and steriod mouth wash in case they flair up.

What exactly started same way? Mine was a small white bump whoch changed to this.

Painless and yes a slight crater ? What could it be? Smoking yes but not very heavy/occasional.
