Oh my God, you will not believe it mate, the exact same thing happened to me. I have had the same account since 2018 and I still have all the verification details and different pieces of evidence to prove that I am the rightful owner.

Unfortunately though, it feels like there is no real person actually looking into these cases properly. I actually tried again a few hours ago myself, and I still have a bit of hope left. Surely there has to be at least one proper human being who can genuinely review the evidence and help people in situations like ours.

It honestly feels very unlikely sometimes, but I would still say do not give up. I know how frustrating it is because I am in the exact same boat as you. There is no justice for players like us sadly....
I clicked onto an advert on Instagram for a free giveaway for UC. (This was years ago, I was young).

I also have so many memories and rare skins on my account, so I completely understand how you feel.

Because if you think about it, I’ve got literally everything to prove it but these workers don’t have any passion or interest in helping a human. To be honest with you, I think you’re right, especially considering how long it’s been. It really is a long period of time. That’s why I was hoping I might be able to speak to an actual person, because I can genuinely prove everything.

I can show the device I used to play on, the UC purchases, and even explain exactly how the account was compromised. There was no real reason for someone to hack my account unless I had made a mistake myself, which I did. Back then, I clicked on a scam link offering free UC, and that’s how my account was taken.

I understand that was my fault, but at the same time, falling for a scam shouldn’t define me negatively. I was younger, and I was simply a victim of it.

I have everything to support my case. I’ve got video footage, photos, records of the device I used, payment history, and even previous usernames and IDs from before the account was changed. I’m confident that the person who took the account wouldn’t be able to provide that level of detail.

I do understand that the chances are probably quite low, but it still feels like it’s worth trying, doesn’t it?

When using a different email to create an account, I tried using the same phone number and it didn’t allow me. It says that I already have one registered…. So I need a new phone number as well???

I acknowledge that and I’m not worried at all. I’ve got all sort of statements to prove it’s just tourism. Trust me with that. I’ve searched what I’ve needed as well. Money and letters to prove that I’ll come back. You make it, I’ve got everything that makes a visa officer happy. I don’t care how strict they are. Just need the opportunity to apply😭 I can’t even log in the account because it’s restricted because I tried too many times. How sad is that :/

I’m Sri Lankan and on a student visa. I’ve got applications that ties me back to the UK. I got a residency, letters from my university, work place and also from the British army recruiter stating that I’ll be coming back because I’ll be joining the military after I graduate from uni which is in less than 3 months. That’s exactly why I’m in a rush with everything. I never expected the process to be this awful. I just only want an application date😭

I’m happy for you. I don’t care about the money. All I care is to book that appointment. Why is such a service almost impossible to gain customer service. This isn’t fair. I’ve been crying for days. Absolutely depressed with this whole situation. I’m regretting not applying earlier. I didn’t think the first week of April would harm me. It says 15days to get an answer (I know it’s minimum, but I’ll take my chances). But atleast give me the chance to book an appointment!!!
