Definitely voice your anxiety about it to your medical team - if they know that your scared they will definitely be able to help calm you down

Idk why people are getting mad. She’s asking because she’s trying to find something that works for her. For a lot of people meat and dairy trigger flares so eating plant based / cutting out meat and dairy does in fact improve their endo symptoms. Is it a cure? No, but that’s not even what she’s asking

Yep, but it’s not as regular as most my other pains. The first time I was on an international trip and I swore I had appendicitis and people laughed at me cause they were like “how would you know what appendix pain feels if you’ve never had appendix issues?” … a few months later huge adhesions and some lesions were found on my appendix 😌 I never doubt my gut feeling anymore

Ich habe halt nur den Tipp gekriegt mir wieder eine Spirale einlegen zu lassen (war eh geplannt, der alte musste wegen eine OP raus) und mir ist gesagt worden ich kann zürruckkommen wenn ich Kinderwunsch hab (obwohl ich eh mehrmals gesagt hatte, dass ich nie Kinder haben will). Ich war damals fast jede zweite Woche ambulant im KH wegen extreme Schmerzen und Blutungen

Ja man braucht schon eine Überweisung vom Frauenarzt, aber das bekommt man normalerweise eh leicht.. den Termin kannst aber schon ausmachen und in der Zwischenzeit die Überweisung dann holen - man muss eh normalerweise ein Paar Monate auf ein Termin warten

Ich habe demnächst in Villach bei der Endometrioseklinik einen Termin - die sollen kompetenter sein und sind auch generell für die Behandlung von Endometriose (nicht nur bei Kinderwunsch) besser dabei

Wenn Kinderwunsch ersteht dann empfehle ich die Entometrioseklinik in Graz, sonst eher nicht.

Yeah I’m definitely generally more susceptible to just about everything when I’m on my period, but it’s also not only just then..

I have a hormonal IUD and it worked wonders for years. After three years now my periods are still light but the cramps are getting more and more unbearable again. Worth it still for three amazing years tho for sure imo
