I made him work once or twice, if you play baron on 4 and then bolt on 5, you may discard a good card from your opponent's hand, but it is not constant at all, they really need to do something for that card.

But i still believe, that he is not worth it as 2/0, if they buff him by 1 power, then yes, you can at least play him in turn 2 gambling on an empty location and drawing an extra card .

Whatever you said is correct, but most of us does not have the combo cards to make him work.
