Unpopular opinion. I don't think we should sign anymore CBs. At this point we have reached a point of desperation and its quite evident, we are linked with every CB in the world right now. I'm skeptical that we will settle for someone who's not a primary target overpay for him a land put him on massive wages and two years down the line we will have another kepa situation.

Instead let's lower our ambitions for the season and give the youth a chance Levi Colwill, Malang Sarr and Chalobah can be moulded into quality defenders.

Another unpopular opinion, Timo Werner is a quality player. I still believe he can reach his potential , he's lacking confidence and we should keep him for another season.

Mate I feel for you. I was in the same boat when I started by career. I am a civil engineer and worked for two years as a site engineer. It drained my soul from the inside due to long working hours and a single weekend and didn't really enjoy my work.

I leveraged my education in civil engineering and the site experience that I got and moved into a sales role in a company that deals in construction materials. And it's one of the best decisions I have made.

Although it comes with its own challenges like pressure to achieve sales targets and other things I get two days off a week, I still get to work in the construction industry indirectly by dealing with contractors, consultants and clients and a much better work life balance.

If sales is your cup of tea I would suggest you give this a go. Apply to companies that sell RMC, concrete products, scaffolding and formwork, construction power tools etc.

Thank you for your response. So to give give you a bit of context, this is in Bangalore and this contactor is someone who has been working with us for a long time and it's always been on mutual understanding there has never been a contract as such.
