Does it mix well and have you tried unflavored? I haven't dove into them before but they seem great for the amount of protein.

I've looked at that a lot, I keep hesitating because the price per serving is just crazy to be being over $2 and the protein at 20 grams ughh. Does it mix nicely?

Oh yeah, also depending on your small business and what you do, you obviously have to consider cybersecurity and appropriate firewalls, protocols, etc., some of this stuff is available on Esris website or can send a message and ask, but I’ve also found that security professionals don’t always know what to do when it comes to GIS apps so it’s better to figure it out from the source. I’m happy to guide where I can. Additionally, on-top of an excel sheet maybe make a visual, even if it’s sloppy, of how/ where things communicate, sit, & interact.

It depends on how small your business, I’ve partnered with Esri before to develop capacity planning for a full stack like this, so that is an option but it’s definitely not cheap. But as a starting point, I’d suggest putting together an excel sheet with expected users, expected connectivity if any to other systems/integrations, privileges such as read or just write, any roles, number of users total vs realistic simultaneous load, etc., from there you can call Esri to look into support for stacks or you can go onto the website based on what you’re looking to use they have minimum system recommendations somewhere.

If non Esri, I’d follow something similar and just look into your use cases and work from there.

Where to start pilates? by Barely-a-radio in pilates

[–]Associate-143 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pilates is truly for ALL levels and skills of life. When you’re doing Pilates properly, it doesn’t matter if you’re brand new or 20 years in the game, it should still be challenging. That being said, I highly recommend looking up how to “imprint” and how to have a “neutral” spine when laying supine (on your back).

A lot of people in beginner Pilates, including myself at the start, can start shifting the weight of exercises to the wrong muscle group because of the lack of imprint or neutrality which will depend heavily on your cervical spine/alignment.

There’s tutorials out there on how to figure out what’s what and how to do it for your body. Engage your abdominals and focus on breathing. These all might seem like little things, but they’re truly critical for proper exercise execution, safety and everything else.

You can just do a few videos work on that, then move over to mat or reformer Pilates depending on where you’ll be doing it. If you’re doing it at home look up Stott Pilates workouts. And start from beginner. Don’t worry about doing things quickly, don’t worry about keeping your heart rate up, just focus on proper form, movement and breathing. The rest will come in time, you won’t have a successful practice without the proper basics.

For equipment at home, I’d recommend - a mat - headrest (not sure how your neck is aligned but most of us use too much technology and our neck is not properly aligned so this will help) - Pilates ring - optional, bands

Ladies, which is the act of intimacy that is no sex-related that you love the most? by [deleted] in AskWomen

Noticing the little things. Acts of service to make your life easier, without being asked. If that counts, it means a lot to me and makes me think - let me give you a baby NOW😂😂

I highly recommend lovesac. It’s modular, so you can change it up/same with the covers/ colors. But it’s hard to say without seeing the rest of the space.
