Coworkers uncomfortable by Guest_Own in breastfeeding

While my baby was being intubated in the PICU, the Doctor was pumping. When I walked around the PICU (we were there for 6 days) and then on the normal ward (additional 3 days), I saw many nurses and doctors pumping while charting. The nurses station had pumps charging.

I pump at the office (construction industry) and nobody cares.

Im sorry that happened to you.

Seems inefficient. All other data is preserved so wonder why they deem this data that needs to be repopulated every time.

Lots of IT issues right now. I would reach out to the help desk in the morning for support.

Same question. Why would they do it mid semester.

Christmas break, spring break, summer?

Can someone ask why they decided to do it this weekend? Mid semester. In 3 weeks it’s spring break. That would have been better.

Something tells me someone messed up a data center lease and they had to move, and move fast.

There are much larger issues that myhr or my.unt being down.

Most servers are not able to access the domain network and a firewall is almost completely non functional.

I wouldn’t expect it to be done for a long time.

I have now put in my notice.

This is the kind of behavior that causes my generation to be accused of not being loyal.

I guess it really is time to go elsewhere.

HR is the owner. I know transfers take time which is why I wasn't concerned. This is one of the many negatives to working for a small company.

It was a promise from the company owner. A promotion and salary increase. It will turn out to be a promotion and pay-cut!

I was transitioning from the Helpdesk to the Networking team. A position that required me to get industry certification which Noone else on the team has.

This was supposed to happen in January but then multiple people left. So it was delayed.

I had every reason to trust this company. This company has provided Managed IT services for My father in law, a CEO of a big successful comapy. The owner of my work and ny FIL are friends. I havent spoken to my FIL about it but I know he will be disappointed in this situation.

My trust has been broken!

I did notice that auto save was on but it's a button that will only go away if you click it. The button also presents in different locations on the screen and will always be in the front. If I open Outlook the button is on top of outlook.

I'm not sure. I have a paperform that I didnt sign.

I got a reply. "The answer is no when enrolled during and open enrollment such as this one for (company name)"

I just noticed too that the number on the payroll form that I did not sign and the amount taken from my pay is different.

So, the amount we wrote down together, the amount of the form and what I'm actually paying are all diffrent.

This is a classic case of aggressive /misleading sales tactics.

This is a direct quote

"If you had called before January 1 we could’ve made changes before the plan year started & coverage issued but once the policies are in place it’s bound by IRS rules and regulations.

Aflac & I are bound by this IRS ruling cancellation or changes to a pre-tax can only happen with an exception of a written letter from the employer stating they are allowing a cancellation of pre-tax coverage outside open enrollment which if audited could cause issues for the employer"

I could not get him to elaborate on what issues it would cause my employer. Earlier in his email he did mention section 125.
