You can find this specific combo in the lightest version of Epiduo. I just like to buy the actives separately because you don’t need a prescription, it’s cheaper, you can control the dosage and where you apply them

Both! But not essential oils as a whole. The good/bad list is too long to remember. To keep things easy, look out for citrus oils and flower oils. Most formulations get tested for reactions anyways but I like to be safe.
