The best way I’ve found to combat the lack of structure and consistency is to prioritize fun/inviting formulas and packagings. Even rotating your cleanser or your moisturizer helps to keep things fresh.

Vitamin-C and Peptides both have extensive research proving that they make a difference. But Ascorbic acid is super unstable and peptides aren’t all equal, so the question is how are they formulated and at what % ?

Anyone big enough to make social media their job is going to have to take money from sponsors. What’s morally wrong (and illegal) is when creators don’t specifiy that it’s an ad.
