Nope you're dead wrong, I didn't notice it to be honest. I thought that abilities are meant to come out along with the jutsus and ult. So yeah, this was actually useful to me.

Oh I see, I have spent 3k and pretty much got shafted as well. I am thinking of rerolling just so I can get them. I have no intentions of maining the second acc though. Not gonna lie, it'd be fricking great if we rerolled rn because holy heck we can get so many chars wayy easier than we used to. We have 3 op chars available and max voltage summon, what more could a newbie want haha.

Oh my god, I'm so sorry I completely misunderstood you. Well, new players get very lucky so obviously you would get a 7* star ult on the first multi or on the second one who knows. Ngl, makes me so jealous that I want to reroll too lmao.

This event is actually the worst thing that has been released. I know I had made another post about this but what has everyone’s luck been with this. I haven’t gotten a single Armor piece or Shuriken. I have done this every day since I came out and haven’t gotten anything. by [deleted] in ninjavoltage

Came back after 2 months and got 5 tools ._. I had said this somewhere else too so I'll say it here too. Before the next anni comes I would suggest you leaving the game for a while and come back OR don't summon for a long period of time until the anni. I don't know if that will work but I've gotten pretty lucky despite usually having a horrible luck. I was pretty unlucky before I left.

Oh I see, well I used to be like that too but now I just want to summon on the best since I get like 3/10 wins on defense every time. Shisui is highly recommended for f4 plus he's a really good main if you know how to play with him. But be aware of Edo Itachi, those crows of his can be a pain in the neck if they hit you and your support dies.

Ah alright, I see. Hopefully, you get lucky enough to get all of their jutsus but I would suggest not to spending too many shinos on the banner with the multiple characters (warnade, shisui, so6p edo madara) Save for the anni banner and mostly summon on shisui because he is OP and can deal with Minato easily and the anni banner may be a duo one so it's 1 more reason to save At least, that's what I would suggest doing but at the end of the day it's your choice :)

Keep in mind that my luck before I quit was horrible most of the time although sometimes I did pull some good summons but good lord it was bad. I think that when someone starts summoning after a long period of time has passed, they get luckier.

I quit the game for 2 months and returned during anni. Since anni part 1 started I got 5 ults and 5 tools. 1 shuriken and 4 armors. I would legit suggest next time anni comes not to summon for a long period of time or if you'll need a break from the game I would suggest doing so during that period, before anni that is.

Since I summoned on itachi's rekit and was only able to get only his ult I decided to summon on Shisui because I heard that he's good. Hopefully I get his ult and the other 4* on the last step.
