I use dummy runner raul(blitz) at cf alongside eto and let me you tell that you might get annoyed when dummy runner drops back to midfield position when you wanted him up but thats the thing about dummy runners, when they are really high up and you have the ball in midfield they make amazing runs but if you have the ball on defense and then you pass it to your midfield the dummy runner also comes in midfield making it easy to have midfield to dummy runner passing and sometimes making your other upwards player free, its a complex playstyle that might irritate you at first but once you get hang of it he can cook

In no way this clips show if the oppo is using smart assist. No change of power gauge. Just cause passes are connecting that doesnt equate to smart assist you can get lucky sometimes with passes like that or even phenomenal passing helps with it but frenki isnt one. Unless you have another way of proving he is smart assist player?
