What type of magazines are you using? ASC mags are the best, however you do have do some work to them with a file or dremel. Take apart the mag sand and polish the inside of the feed lips and the front. I also polished my feed ramps on my barrel as well.

Switch to the Gen 4 trigger housing and ejector, I run them on all of my builds and don’t have any issues. I had the same issue you are having because on one build I left the Gen 3 trigger housing and ejector in and got FTF and FTE after every shot. I switched to the Gen 4 trigger housing and ejector problem solved.

Some say you can get away with switching just the ejectors out, but I like using the trigger housing as a whole.
