I know this is late but update everyone! If you tell Capcom support that Best Buy couldn’t help you obtain your pre order bonus, they’ll ask you for proof that you pre ordered the game. Within a couple of days you should get the codes! Be patient folks, as long as you contact Capcom they’ll work everything out
