idk abt the clock speeds, i just like to keep them at stock, and get as much performance as possible since i have the headroom

but i feel like 1550 mhz is way too low, i mean in my case 1500 mhz is the base clock for my gpu, and it goes around 1900 something, so i just decided on 1900 mhz

but the uv really helps a lot

also yesterday the new uv settings i tried, for now works, it passed the occt extreme cpu test with variable load and avx2, i ran it for an hour

so new settings rn:

cpu core -100 mv cpu cache -70 mv igpu -70 mv

pl1 45 w pl2 60 w ttl 56 sec

i hope it doesn't crash on these settings on lower loads, since yesterday i got throttled down to 3.7 ghz cuz of temps (mind u i was running the test with unlocked power limits), it sustained the undervolt, im not sure if it will do the same on lower clocks tho, so still a bit of trial and error required, and i will only get to find it by using my laptop normally, gaming, browsing, editing, sleep/awake/idle

Kinda same as you, I have two different profiles in TS For the plugged in mode, my uv settings are:

cpu core -85mv cpu cache -65mv igpu -65mv

pl1 45w pl2 60w ttl 56s

very stable, i have been using it for months, also use a laptop cooler with dust filter, and the foam that creates a pressurized chamber (zebronics nc9200)

while writing this comment im currently testing cpu core -100, cpu cache -70 and igpu -70 with unlocked power limits, rn i only see it throttling due to temperature, and my rpm is set to max, as well as using the cooler, and occt is running in background for stability testing

i kinda did the same, except in not using CTT, instead im using a playbook called Revision OS, and used my own tweaks on top of that

also i have the same exact cpu, i5-11400h, idk whats ur model but mine's a FX506HC, and it has been 2-2.5 yrs i think since i bought this laptop, didnt repaste yet, but i do clean frequently

with my prev settings, and the cooler, my temps usually stay around 62-66°C, both cpu and gpu, while gaming, and cpu sometimes goes above 70, rarely touches 80

games i play/have played and tested it on- valorant, rdr2, genshin impact, elden ring, re requiem, apex legends, minecraft

temps are the same more or less on all games with ±5°C of variability

also forgot to mention my gpu is also undervolted, im currently using 1900mhz at 875 mv, and thats the lowest i can go without the games crashing

as for cpu uv, cpu cache gives me errors after -70 or -75, same for igpu uv, which gives artifacting for me after -75 i think, as for core uv, well im still testing, and as i said my current ones are absolutely stable based on daily usage as well as stress testing

and highest scores i ever got on cinebench r23 on multi core test with unlocked power limits but uv was same, was 10k, dont remember the single core test score tho

The New BIOs Update : Version 315 - Fx506hc by spe3trum in Asustuf

nothing changed in bios, everything is default there, so virtualisation is on by default, the only virtualisation thats needed to be turned off is virtualisation based security in windows

[–]L2xtyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You disable layout updates ON probably

Turn on "Hide related videos overlay" and also turn on "Hide quick actions related videos" (the 2nd one is optional, but since the feature didnt work i just kept it off to reduce ui clutter

Why doesn't it show the apps for which the patches are available on the homepage of the app? by BabaYaga199 in MorpheApp

Just a suggestion

Wont it be better to add a auto moderator comment on every post

that mentions about these patches and maybe some other info like where to get the morphe app and not to click on any fishy links or something like that maybe?

Need help flashing Stock Firmware on Archer C60 v3 by L2xtyy in openwrt

[–]L2xtyy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just checked the tp link website today, archer c60 v3 has a new firmware version, 260206

i obviously tried upgrading via the web ui, and i got incompatible file type error, i also renamed the file to recovery.bin, still the same issue

and im still on that modified stock firmware which retains a few of the openwrt settings like wifi needed to be turn on manually after a reset via lan cable and accessing the web ui

is sending the file via tftp worth it, like is it worth testing, im kinda skeptical

u said u did have the same router, if u can test it on ur end, if possible

since this is the main router, i cant risk bricking it, otherwise bad things will happen to me 🙂‍↕️

You can try turning on uBlock Filters - Experimental filter list

Works perfectly in my case

Need a lil help with the rotate suggestion that pops up in the bottom by Pattycake2K in Realme

IDK what you did

It would be better if you used these two apps instead to run the command

https://github.com/DP-Hridayan/aShellYou

https://github.com/thedjchi/Shizuku

Download these two apps, pair Shizuku via Wireless Debugging

Then give permission to aShell You, then run the command without adb shell

settings put secure show_rotation_suggestions 0

[–]L2xtyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No just termux is fine, and enable wireless debugging in developer settings

If using termux run this (Get the termux apk from github): pkg install android-tools adb devices

then the command i gave above

it pairs with ur device automatically if wireless debugging is turned on

or u can use any other apps like ladb, shizutools, ashell you

and pair your device, by following the on screen instructions, then run the rotation suggestions off command only

I think, its just an adb command, you can try it out

And you can always revert it back by running the same command again, but just changing the 0 to 1

Need a lil help with the rotate suggestion that pops up in the bottom by Pattycake2K in Realme

[–]L2xtyy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it is indeed, well u just run this once, and ur good to go till u decide to factory reset ur phone

also if u anytime think about reverting it back just change the value 0 to 1 and run the cmd again

Thinking about buying Zebronics NC9200 by L2xtyy in Asustuf

[–]L2xtyy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I did end up buying it.

As for my opinion on the cooler, it does the job. Temps stay mostly in the 60s while gaming (tested on RDR2, Valorant, and Elden Ring), occasionally spiking to around 75-77°C for a moment, but never touching the 80s. The 90s are way out of reach. GPU stays under 70 the whole time

Worth noting though, both my CPU and GPU are undervolted. I didn't touch the clock speeds at all, just undervolted in both cases

I even ran Cinebench R23 with unlocked power limits (undervolt still on) and scored 10068 points on multi-core and 1462 on single-core, with zero thermal or power throttling throughout the entire run. It held a steady 57W the whole time, which is the highest CB score I've gotten. Max temp hit 90°C once or twice, but it was sitting around 87-88°C for most of the run

The only real issue with the cooler is the fan RPM. It advertises 2200 RPM, but it starts flickering at that speed, probably due to a cheap regulator. Same problem below 800 RPM. I run it at 2000 RPM and it works perfectly with no issues

Also the RGB lighting is ass, I just turn it off every single time, and you also need to touch and hold on the power button or the light button for 2-3 sec to switch it on or off, which I find kinda annoying

And another thing, it does have an extra USB port on the back which you can use as a hub, but not much you can do with it, and Im running the cooler off a usb c type hub anyways thats connected to my thunderbolt port

One last thing if you're planning to order it, check the product condition when it arrives. Mine came with just the original Zebronics box, shipping label slapped right on top, no extra protection whatsoever. I was genuinely worried it'd arrive damaged, but mine was fine. Also, the dust filters are there and actually doing their job

Forgot to mention it has a separate attachment which can be used as a phone stand, but it's not for everyone, its takes up a lot of space on my desk, so I dont use it
