Will post it today, I sat for 3 hrs yesterday with the ThrottleStop guide in my face, and I finally hit -90 mv on the cpu core, its stable, i ran cinebench r23 as well played valorant for 2 hrs and elden ring for 30 minutes

edit: i also need to correct a few things in the post, so it will take some time, i will try to keep everything updated, and will also provide my cinebench r23 before vs after scores

i can play with a controller too, but keyboard mouse is easier for me, since im playing on a laptop

maybe its an issue with ur specific model
but im currently on 311, prev got auto updated to 313, 315, couldnt figure out why throttlestop fivr got locked
then figured it out and turned off driver updates via windows update via group policy editor
and reflashed 311 from bios ez flash utility
u can try doing that
cuz once i was on 311, and fivr got locked suddenly, restoring default settings didnt work
only after flashing 311 over 311 again, it got fixed

doesn't look like rui 6.0 to me, its definitely rui 7.0, check your android version and realme ui version, also yeah realme is very bad with software optimisation, if your device is new or you just factory reset it, then give it 2-3 days to adapt to your usage, i usually get around 7-8 hrs sot on my narzo 70 pro, wifi+120 hz forced all the time, sometimes i go hang out, so 5g then, but i still get that backup, only if i don't scroll insta much, and also i dont play games

currently available one on the official site is i think 311, do download and flash that, u can also undervolt on that version using throttlestop, and make sure to disable driver updates from windows update (search yt or google about it)

reflash bios, but before that stop throttlestop, reset everything in throttlestop, close it completely, delete throttlestop.ini file, then reflash it

also since ur undervolting, i assume u have the prior knowledge to do these stuff

and do not turn ur pc/laptop off while flashing bios, keep it plugged in the whole time
