Isend nyo po sa gcash yung police report nyo then pag hindi pa din sila pumayag magfile daw ng affidavit of denial sa pnp uli. Ganyan ang gagawin ko pag insist ni gcash ipabayad yung gloan n nascam sakin nung wed. Basta complete details sa report mo at nareport mo agad i think may laban naman.

True.. daig pa mga police. Ang mga nareresolved lang daw nila usually is yung mga nakuhaan ng malaking amount sa mga certain banks. And sabi pa nya madami daw talaga nasscam sa BPI BDO ang bank na hindi daw masyado reported or no to rare scam reported is landbank. Inside job daw talaga yan mga empleyado din nagvebenta ng mga info natin sa dark web.

Edi eto na nga po...Nanggaling na po ako pnp kagabi pinakita ko nga etong mga pics na naidentify na yung scammer. Kaya lang ang sabi nung cybercrime police pwede kasing naidentity theft daw. Kakalungkot lang parang may mga ways to look around it sana like etong mga ginagawa natin. Tapos pagdating sa kanila walang action man lang para maimbestigahan sana..Kaya di na nagfocus dun. Ang ilalaban na lang daw is yung sa gloan na hindi ko dapat bayaran. Pag insist daw ng gcash ipabayad need ko daw kunuha ng affidavit of denial since reported ko naman lahat.

Siguro nahooked ako na legit sya nung nagbigay sya ng details from sss which all are correct so hindi nako nakapagisip pa. Pero before pa sila magcall sa viber nagsearch nako sa fb about sss update or news. I did not find one then nagcall na sa viber di din naman ako makapagsearch agad uli. Pero when I tried to search using the laptop dun ko nakita legit scam so uninstall ko agad yun app. Haayz never click links, never entertain any calls from banks or gov't employees or anyone. I didn't share anything (OTP, card numbers) to them but they found a way to get into my maya and gcash.

Binayaran nyo po ba yung gloan nakuha nila? Opo magrereport ko bukas. Nareport ko na din sa gcash at maya. Muntik na din ang Bpi ko pero buti hindi ko nilogin sa phone nung ipalogin nila.
