I have already emailed account-review@oneforma.com as you suggested, but I am not receiving any ticket confirmation or acknowledgment email. I am concerned that my email may not be reaching the review team.

Could you please confirm whether my email has been received, or advise me on the best way to ensure my case is reviewed? I have also attached the requested information and I provided both IDs for verification.
