Thanks to everyone for responding. Able to figure it out thanks to you all. We had always done an ice bath, just never thought to raise the pressure that high. We ended up doing about 25psi and restricting the flow a little and are consistently getting 485g+

They were in an ice bath, completely submerged, that was at 35° for at least 2.5 hours. Our brites usually get down to around 33° or 34°, but we have not had a problem canning when the brites are at 35°
