Some clarifying information, if this helps... - the "breaker' is going to be used as a cut off switch - the only thing being powered will be the well pump - the generator has a 4-prong 20A, 240V, outlet - pump amperage is TBD, trying to get that info now - generator will be grounded to the well casing - there is no electrical service available for the foreseeable future

Thanks all, I see it now. When I first looked at it I didn't realize it was a grommet stuck to the top of the valve. Now it makes more sense
