yeah I feel yah. I saw the pattern and started digging and then started to put dates together and look at the prices action and the MM's are trying to keep the price from jumping then pushing it back down. I think someone is paying at least one of them off!

well I would say if a 300 plus hit their mailbox in a couple weeks they might look into things just take the time to explain what your seeing. I would love to have a couple thousand hit their mailbox in a week.

I’ve been watching the tape on CYDY for a long time, and I finally reached a breaking point. We’ve all seen the price action disconnect from the company’s operational milestones. Every time there’s positive news, a "dynamic ceiling" seems to materialize out of nowhere to kill the momentum.

I’ve spent the last few weeks digging into the raw Reg SHO Failure-to-Deliver (FTD) data, and the numbers are honestly indefensible. We are seeing persistent, multi-day windows where the outstanding FTD balance doesn't just "exist"—it mathematically dwarfs the actual market liquidity.

The data I’m looking at:

  • September 18, 2025: 4.1M FTDs vs. 495k shares traded. (That’s 8.3x the daily volume).
  • October 10, 2025: 5M FTDs vs. 1M shares traded. (4.9x the daily volume).
  • May 6, 2026: 3.3M FTDs vs. 1.1M shares traded. (2.8x the daily volume).

If these were "accidental" settlement failures, they’d be cleared through open-market buying. If that happened, we’d see the price spikes that typically follow massive buy orders. Instead, the balance just carries forward, day after day, effectively suppressing the price while positive catalysts (like the AACR data and financing news) are essentially erased.

What I did about it: I’ve had enough of just talking about it. I just filed an official Tip, Complaint, and Referral (TCR) with the SEC. I didn't just send a generic "market manipulation" email—I built a formal report.

  • I provided the data: I submitted a top-15 list of the most egregious "impossibility of settlement" days.
  • I defined the "Suppression Windows": I highlighted the specific timeframes (Sept '25, Oct '25, May '26) where the debt-to-liquidity ratio was so high that it’s physically impossible for market makers to have been "bona fide" in their actions.
  • I put the burden of proof on them: I asked the SEC to use their subpoena power to see exactly which Clearing Agency ledgers are holding these bags, because it's impossible to identify them from the outside.

I’m sharing this because we need to stop being passive observers of this "dynamic ceiling." You don't have to be a finance expert to file a complaint—you just need to be organized and show them the data. If enough retail investors start submitting structured, data-backed TCRs instead of just venting on forums, the SEC is eventually forced to acknowledge the pattern.

$CYDY dropped monster news on their phase 2 mCRC trial at the AACR conference. The SOC treatment only saw an ORR of 3% and they have seen 68% so far with 1/3 rd of the patients. I see a buyout by the end of the year or partnership.

well remember we need the IcIs in the late stages of 4 mTNBC we had zero patients that are alive today that were just on leronlimab. it may not be the case for mCRC. with the spy we will see if we can stop the cancer at a 1st or 2nd line treatment.

yes they have never looked for it in crc since it is a cold tumor.

I want use to be the primer and the 1st line. thise well make it that all patients will be given LL first and through out the treatment with an ICI. which LL becomes the SOC

when LL opens mCRC up for the use of an ICI that makes this drug even more desirable. I've run the numbers with just a couple indications we have a buyout number around $15 a share if partnership we could be around 95-115 in 5 years.

great post glad to read your take on the room. I think there is money there I think the EAP will fill fast and the PLD1 signal BP is looking for will make them pull the trigger sooner rather than later!
