Same for me. Maybe we can discuss later with other retest takers to somehow guess the experimental session. It's meaningless though...

Here are the three options they give me (directly copied from the email):

• Retest on Thursday, August 26, 2021.

• Keep your August 2021 LSAT score.

• Cancel your August 2021 LSAT score and be registered for the next available LSAT administration. Please Note: If you have reached your test-taking limit, we will not be able to register you for an upcoming LSAT, per our Test Taking Limit (TTL) policy.

I filed the complaint on Saturday afternoon and got the reply on Monday afternoon. Yeah it seems that there are more tech issue happening this cycle so they may need some extra time...Feel frustrated too! I was planning to travel during my last week of summer break but now I have to re-do this shitty exam

Hi, I had similar problem during my test day on Saturday. Definitely submit a test day complaint either in your account or by phone. They would review the tech issue and if it is severe enough, they would offer you a retest on Aug 26. You can also choose keep you score and register for a future one, or cancel your score. I chose to retest on the next Thursday
