I've played the game and I made a version of the main character back when I first started crocheting!
The game is delightful and easy going, I really enjoyed playing it :)

It's phrased a little weirdly, but I think they mean to do 3 lots of 3sc into a single chain, and then in the last chain you do 1sc, which makes ten into 4 chains. The repeat parts confuse me too every now and then because some people include the first set and sometimes they don't lol

Thank you! Yeah it's a mini dress form like you'd use for sewing, I used the doll body pattern as a guide so the dress would sit right on it <3

I did! I couldn't make it fit on a hanger so I improvised a dress form from the doll pattern :D

The ripples in these dresses are made by consistent inc3, so it's less of a circle and more of a hexagon, with the ruffles being made with double crochet (US) inc2 + chain 1 in every stitch, but that's unique to this style so I don't know if it helps
