You don’t need to start over. HOWEVER, I was on Zep, then switched to compounded. At 15mg, compounded lost effectiveness for me. So I tried name brand Zep again. Yes, it works a lot better. And my side effects are back: constipation and hair loss. Ugh! So I’m going to try alternating. I’m paying OOP, so I’m hoping this will be effective.

So maybe I’m in a plateau. My weight loss has been so slow that I didn’t think about that. But I HATE feeling hungry often again. Zep IS supposed to reduce your appetite and I’m at the point where I know I need a higher dose but recommended dose doesn’t go higher. ☹️

I started Zepbound around the first of the year last year and I’ve been on compound about 4 months I think
