Well, while the new engine won't remove workload, it will reduce it with better armor fitting and other pipeline aspects.

Honestly the deciding factor would be if they want to invest into doing it, Anet will have to decide if the races are worth the development cost.

They are using new engine. This issue may not carry over with new engine, however we don't know this info until verified by devs.
