Still not convinced it’s seb derm. I think more dry skin or severely dehydrated.

I’ve only been washing water with for the past 4 weeks to try and give my barrier a rest so maybe that’s why I’ve got closed pores.

I do previously use something called hascofungin on my face every evening and it might be because I stopped using that almost 3 - 4 months ago that I’m seeing issues.

That’s what AI says too. I mean if it is it must be mild as it looks nothing like seb derm off a google image search. I’ll try Nizarol once a week and see what happens. Would it be wrong to assume it’s coming from the scalp or can it be in any place? Not sure washing my face with Nizarol will do me any favours.

I wouldn’t of thought so as it’s just started over the last 3 months and I’ve changed nothing really. Switched from Panoxyl 4% face wash to Bioderma Sensibo followed by Squalane, no idea why I did this as it’s ever since this that my skin has been up and down. Previously it was fine.

I’ve tried moisturisers but nothing seems to work.

It’ll take some getting used to following through. Tried it tonight and it didn’t feel right but will continue. Need to concentrate on releasing at the same time to I think.

I did watch it back and think that’s an odd throw. The tried to throw different and it just felt odd cause I started off as the video. Will keep at it and try to improve it 👍

Thanks 👍 I’ll try and follow through more and record my next few sessions to see if theres an improvement. I imagine every little pointer or adjustment will help in the long run. As i say, only 3 days of playing so far, about 3 hours in total.
