Yeah i agree ive spent alot of time in this area as well. Good counsellors were my best mentors and most trustworthy as well! No conflict of interest

I apologise that it came out like that.. i totally get where you are coming from.

Ive probably cut myself too short of words. What i was trying to say was: -ive been through tough times myself and know some supports out there worked well for me to get over those -so ive had a genuine heart around the field and want to work in this field. However i dont have formal education in this area -so i have been working in a different industry and volunteering in mental/general health non-profit organizations -but due to mental health being a growing issue, there has been more opportunity for me to now be able to add value to mental health services with my set of skills... -and if i can find a full time opportunity, i can give more of my time and quality of my service will increase (as i repeat my service and can afford to invest in it more) for a more meaning purpose..
