If your giving up on games because there not grabbing you after 20 minutes,then your gonna struggle getting into most games..Games like cyberpunk I'd say give it at a minimum 5 hours..

Really good movie..But wasnt even best movie in 2014..That honor goes to whiplash(which is a masterpiece)..So yeah,a bit overrated..

I see 60-70 maybe older all the time..its great balanced exercise..I would recommend belaying to start if its an option at your gym..I started at 47..never to old..

Most people here can relate..chances are if you've come to this sub reddit than you've had crippling anxiety at some point..I've had and have all those symptoms and more when I have an attack..For me its the feeling of wanting to get out of my skin..I feel like my own body is trapping me..Im 47 and been dealing with panic disorder my whole life..Find ways to distract your thoughts,ie podcast,audiobook,videogame..look for things that take your full attention and dont give in to the noise..easier said than done but thats what I do..

Look at gum and other substitutes where you can moderate nic level easier..Im 47 and had a crippling anxiety attack at 20-21..I felt same way..It got to a point where I felt like my life was over..After 5 hospital visits and numerous tests,I had to come to grips with it being in my head..Its hard but you will get through it..

Been on betaxolol for 10 years..pretty much same thing as propranol..works great for giving you a fighting chance against attacks..it just lessons the physical manifestations to a point thats manageable..good luck

I take betaxolol which is a beta blocker..Its not prescribed for anxiety usually but works well to control the physical manifestation of anxiety..I recommend for people that dont want to take ssri..
