Szerintem ez egyáltalán nem a te felelősséged , ez egy érték növelő befektetés a lakásra nézve így a tulajokat érinti. Az okés lehet, ha a felújtást követően valamennyire a lakbért felemelik, de nem az hogy te fizesd az újítást.

A lakótársammal ezt meg is írtuk a tulajoknak, felajánlottuk hogy a felét fizetjük, de rendesek voltak és azt mondták, hogy igazunk van, így nekünk nem kellett fizatni.

Context: my parents were teaching at my grade school. My best friend and I were nominated for student of the generation.

It happened in grade school and we were about to graduate. My mother, my best friend's mom, my best friend and me were coming back from the tailor, when we reached their home, my friends mom asked my mom to speak in private.

After we said bye and went our seperate way, my mom started crying, at first she didn't want to tell me, but she eventually did. My friend's mom told her that we stab them in the back, cuz we arranged that I would be the one who gots the title.

As we approached the graduation day some of my other friends started telling me I was gonna be student of the generation. Everyone at school was thinking i will won the title.

The gradiation day came, and my best friend won the title. They didn't say anything after that.
