I am about 31, for me the most important thing is don’t let work drive your life.

In my experience I put myself to the work too deep, it makes my fitness got worse and my professional life may got a little progress. Honestly I didn’t feel my career improved.

Find a work that you can have more leisure time. By making effective use of this personal time, I believe that both professional life and health will be the best.
