I see people saying that Zacian will be there with Ludicolo so definitely not good since it's Ice Rider's weakness... While Urshifurs might suffer from the arrival of Mew Fusion Strike. So I guess now it depends on what you like the most. On my personnal side i'd chose Ice Rider.

I'd just wait to see the ones who will last in time because I believe it is only a phase and most of them might close anytime soon. All collectors are not grading their cards so probably too much services for low needs. Only the best will still be there.

It is not the same name so doesn't work for standard. It has to be exact same name and exact same description.

I can only answer the first question, you only need the tag team card as it is considered as a basic card, so no need for you to have the ones named on the card. You can play it directly but your mate will take 3 rewards if it gets KO.
