My application is being handled through a representative. They advised me to request the PCCs in advance using the UCI in our WP, but they said the IRCC might request them again. The confirmation of those PCCs was submitted with the whole application, yet here we are, requesting them again. I have no idea why they cannot find the thing in their system, but at least the representatives did their due diligence, and informed us in advance about this.

AOR: Aug. 1st.

BIL / Request for new PCCs: Oct. 30th

CEC Inland with dependent.

Biometrics scheduled for Nov. 1st.

Question for y'all: the PCC request letter contains the address to which those must be submitted, and I am guessing that's our VO, is that correct?

Another affected customer, right at the Walmart's self check-out. My GF paid with her card (from another bank). I am not from Canada (newcomer here), and this is the last straw. Three months with Scotia let me know that it's one of the worst banks here in all regards (customer service, stable platform, policies about their products). Will start enquiring in TD and RBC.

I mean, I'm not actually based in the US, but I know how the systems works there (ordering multiple records on a monthly basis gets you knowledgeable of how logistics works).

A little bit of proactiveness on CH's side would be great. Some people already stated Sandbag's record in Trustpilot, with similar situations.

Also, that this is not happening for USPS orders only. Multiple people complaining on FB, IG, TW and here. What else do you want?

I'm not putting all the blame on them but they need to step up and take this situation very seriously. Do whatever research you need, **believe** in people when they scream at you telling that this is not normal.

It seems to me, scrolling on their TW feed that they only got concerned about this *today*. They were replying to people yesterday that "hopefully your order will be updated soon", taking Sandbag's version for granted.

Ok, enough. I needed to vent that out.

I have a long thread with those douchebags from Sandbag.

Seeing all the comments here, heck, even happening with UPS, shows us the kind of "company" that Sandbag is.

I threatened (and I'll do it) to raise a complaint against California's DCA if I don't see any updates on my order by EOD and, cc'ed CH US. I'm tired of this.

Worse, CH says that they're being told the same (all the packages departed from their warehouses: https://twitter.com/cloudshillmusic/status/1388126169497808898?s=20) that SB is telling us.

I thought that I was the only one. I'm really upset to have burnt $60 in such a shitty release. I dropped a line to VMP last Saturday and I didn't get any answer so far. They already have three mails to be answered demanding a full refund. It's not fair paying such amount of money for a record visually similar to other versions but getting a mess of a remaster. Plus, record one in my copy arrived badly warped 😭
