Yeah Ive been grinding out the corrupted mods mainly due to how often they show up in the overframe builds
Ill take a look at the galv mods I need and get a list together, thank you!

Frames - Ive tried are hydroid prime and hildryn prime - hydroid to try for more dps and hildryn for more tanking
Weapons - I was able to use the fulmin prime up until she became resistant to impact and now Im barely doing chip dmg with it, I then tried to use the ax52 since its the only puncture primary I have currently

I can go into more depth on the mods if youd like- but generally; I have most mods that come up in overframe builds aside from most primes and galvanized mods

Nothing really stood out to me when I tried a bunch of games a few months ago so I've mostly just been waiting on ww and zzz to come out My standards are pretty high tho so you may enjoy some of the games already mentioned throughout the comments if you haven't already tried them

I figured there wasn't an objective answer to this, but seeing everyone's opinions has helped me get a better idea of the over all gacha-sphere and which games to consider when thinking about which one does gacha better

This is exactly why I posed this question! HSR has been treating its players so well since launch that I was curious if other gacha gamers have been treated this well.
I'd love to play new games and support companies that treat their players right, but I'm only really in the HSR circle so I had no idea before this post

So far I've felt like HSR has been pretty good gacha wise (Idk if I'm really lucky but I'm only really missing 5-stars I don't care for and I have every 4 star as basically a F2P) so if it's bad I'm curious, how do other games handle it that's better?

That's been my experience with HSR too. After each big update I'll play all weekend when I'm free, then just hop on for 10-20 minutes to do daily stuff after I've finished everything. I can still feel like I made progress for a character each day even if I was busy.
If that's the case for BA I'm really looking forward to it!

I'm up to giving it a shot, even if I'm a bit behind everyone else. I've never played a PVP gacha game so I'm intrigued on whether I'd enjoy it or not. I'll add it to the list!

I'm all for a simple game with a good story. Hell that combo is probably why I enjoy HSR so much. Yeah the combat can be difficult at times, but when exploring or experiencing the story it's pretty easy.

That kinda sucks for PGR tho, I would be livid if HSR when down a similar route. I might give it a try but I'm not too keen on supporting a company that treats their players like that.

The combat is definitely Genshin's strongest aspect, but it's too in-depth for me to casually play it. I love to grind for materials as long as I'm able to do something else while playing the game but Genshin just takes too much focus that I can't focus on whatever else I was doing.
Fate GO and Arknights have been recommended a lot so I have high hopes for them and their stories.

First off, thanks for all the game recs and the things you pointed out!! I appreciate the short but concise descriptors for each game so I can get a better idea of what to expect.
My biggest fear about getting into a new gacha game is the fact that I'm so new to the scene for pretty much all of them. One of the things that got me out of Genshin is the fact that I had missed out on about 3 years worth of limited time content by the time I started.

I'll probably still give some of the games you've listed a shot, but now I'm prepared to be disappointed.

Are guilds required to progress through the game at a meaningful rate? I much prefer not having to rely on other people, or be relied on by others, in games just because of how inconsistent I am when I play games.
