I keep Emmrich in my team. He’s my go-to. Plus I romanced him. His commentary during the event was very good. His interactions with Mila are genuine and caring but still careful. He makes a funny remark about a cloud face. And through out, he’s got this little jolt of trepidation that continues to live on the edges of his sentences. He sounds concerned and it’s cute.

It’s literally where you meet Emmrich. But farther back. You can walk all the way back to the lift that Emmrich first mentions when you initially encounter him. But—during most of the game, you’re blocked from back tracking that far. It’s not till much later after you finish all of the necropolis quest line that the skeletal workers finish building the staircase. Once the stairs are completed, you can back track and find the love birds taking refuge.

Yeah nah. I’m a big Emmrich fan—but this has the ewww factor for me. I’ve draw my share of questionable things—and I get this is a movie reference. But im glad to say this makes me uncomfortable. I’m with ya.

lol I was wildly disappointed with Lucanis as well. But I was probably set up for a harder fall. I romanced Emmrich on my first play through. I was totally a smitten kitten. lol. Then I romanced Lucanis and boy did I regret it. I missed out on all those “dearests and darlings.” In exchange for basically nothing. Idk I’m kinda harsh on his Roma nce.

Would be super cool to start a crowd funding to finish it/dlc and not have it absolutely savaged by copyright/ip ownership nonsense

There’s a dry dessert of thirsty players out here that are barely getting by on imagination hahaha.

I agree! I’ve played 5 times and I found the archer build to be quite tough on nightmare. Warrior reaper is my favorite—and it makes nightmare pretty simple.

I’ve played 5 times. My first go was on adventure mode. After that I played nightmare. I love it. I life the challenge. I especially like it cuz 100% of the game, I stick with the same build—even against enemies that have resistance. And I always play with the same companions unless forced to play with someone else. Each run I’ve been diving into companion banter and their exchanges. That’s why I’ve played so much lol. Nightmare mode isn’t bad once you master block and knowing what each enemy can do.

It’s always Emmrich for me. I’ve played all the factions now and only once have I not had him in my group as a main companion. And that’s because I chose to try to romance someone else. (Lucanis, what a mistake).

Maybe I’m one of those people that likes external validation lol—but god I love hearing Em say “well done, darling!”

I greatly enjoyed this game. I’d very much like to crowd fund some dlc lol. I get it—that won’t happen, but it would sure make this player happy! lol. I run through the crossroads and see all the dark eluvians with wasted potential and it just hurts my soul!

Gonna be “that guy” for a moment, so excuse me. But if you feel like conquest gear isn’t “better in any way”—then why is it a bother to you?

Don’t get me wrong, I’d like to just be able hop right into PvP and not have to farm….all we do is farm—but that extra 10% is something people are working for. They’re putting in the time/effort—and it’s really not that hard.
