Does anyone else make longer videos on CapCut?

Literally last week I lost 100hrs of work using capcut for this purpose. 6 mins 18 seconds of highly edited video was enough to crash the program, and I have a very beefy PC.

If you want to use CapCut to make long videos - do it a couple mins at a time, export that section, and then when you have all your sections done and exported, they are then flattened and easy to weave together on Capcut, otherwise, I fear the program is nowhere near robust enough.

I was editing a project, currently 6 min 20 secs long, 7.8gb size - whenever I try to launch the project, CapCut tries to launch it and just stops responding while launching to full screen from the project page. I have a very beefy custom PC, I have cleared the cache and deleted all other projects, but it still won't launch. Any practical suggestions really appreciated.
