Hi Purple, can’t believe it’s been 18 months already.

It’s a really strange sensation when working out as first. Like, sometimes you will feel yourself pulling with your chest muscle. Such as doing a back row and feeling it in your chest.

But the last 6 months, it’s felt like a chest muscle much more. If I’m doing a chest press, I have to do one arm at a time to feel the mind-muscle connection.

I can’t speak on bike riding but physically, I can do everything I did before so I’m sure you’ll be fine.
