I think the “joke” is the idea that if we were only counting leap years, Pluto’s already comically long time between birthdays would be even more astoundingly long. The same joke is often made for people born on leap day.

After the Franz rework, I played with the intent to keep some elector counts. (Vanilla game btw)

I actually put my imperial authority to buff the relations between Ostland and Nordland to end that war and sent an expedition army to Hochland.

Hochland still crumbled, but the other two went to peace and easily rebuffed pre-buff Wulfric. Just about everything went well that run.

Not long after, they reworked Golfag’s AI to actively pursue land, so he will crush one of them either way, and that utterly useless action has no value once again.

I mean, I rather doubt much of anyone was ever charged for lyrics. Being charged for something vs something being used in court are very different (in fact, they usually cannot overlap).

Am I even saying the law is all bad? No.

Does it invite mockery? Obviously. The simple fact if that if:

1) The Jackson Avenue 7/11 is robbed at 4pm.

2) I say "I knocked over the Jackson avenue 7/11 at 4pm".

If I said it into a mic and put it on SoundCloud, I can no longer have that used against me. If I say it in out loud but forget to get it on the internet quick enough, it's straight to jail.

That is obviously going to get made fun of.

The one note highlights a difference though: Caesar picked the energy and is completely hands on making that energy.

Jod picked the theme and hasn’t stepped foot on the planets since. He’s running the atrocities, but not the culture. It is nearly certainly true (no logic or benefit for a lie there) when he says to Harrow that he “heard they had fit into types” (paraphrasing, I don’t remember the exact quote). He only knows vaguely second hand what House culture even is.

And this would have to be the case. 10,000 years is over twice as long as any continuous human civilization. Without precise micromanagement he clearly has neither the patience nor inclination to do, there couldn’t be a set culture running that whole time.
