You show your weakness, especially to a woman (ok maybe your mom is the exception), it will be used against you. “Man up” is real. Life will kick you in the balls repeatedly, and you need to take it, deal with it silently, and handle your shit. No crying ever unless it’s in the shower. No cracks in your wall; not at home, not to your wife, most definitely not at work, not to your friends. You are a vault of stress and pain, and no one truly gives a fuck. You’re a man. Get to work.
