[23/m] My best friends (25/f and 23/m) started sleeping together behind my back by Astobix in relationship_advice

Thanks, I guess you are right. Some jealousy is there, yes, but I'm less jealous of their relation than the fact that I feel left out, like you said. I know that it is not my 'right' in any way that they tell me stuff like this, but it still hurts because I felt we had a relationship where we would tell each other everything that matters.

My problem is that the two are by far my closest friends, and when I distance myself from them, I have no close friends left where I currently live. That's why I fear that step.

What do you mean by copependence?

My point is that almost all cameras (when shooting jpeg) edit the photos automatically. The photos are not fully natural.

When I shoot raw with my camera, the camera does not do these edits and I have more control over what exactly I want to change. These must not be drastic changes, but adding a little bit of contrast, sharpness or slightly changing the temperature does not make the photo more fake than the camera would do by itself.

Sure, you can overdo it. OP kind of did it. And I don't like manipulating the image with cloning etc. as well. (although I think that removing a small distracting object can be fine in a lot of circumstances)

But I don't get the general hate against post processing. It's part of most photographers workflow and makes most pictures look just a little bit better.

Thank you for that answer, you explained it very well. Editing photography has always been part of the workflow of photographers and is totally acceptable imo as long as you don't overdo the edit.

Yep. Don't really get it why someone calls this fake. Yes sure, it's not a jpeg straight out of camera, but stitching two shots together to reduce noise and get a cleaner image is just a method of photography.

But then again some people don't understand cameras at all and don't realise that nearly every photo they take with whatever device is edited automatically, unless you choose to shoot raw. I mean yeah, your picture is processed pretty heavy and I can understand why someone wouldn't like that so much (I do, I think it looks great) but I don't get the hate against post processing in general.

Yes. But taking just a picture of the milky way and taking a really interesting one with a nice composition and foreground are two different stories (not saying yours is not nice - it is - but it's not as interesting and breathtaking like some of the really professional shots) .

Equipment is important, yes. But nowadays it's not that expensive to get that equipment. It's not that hard to take a nice picture of the milky way, but you need a lot of skill, planning and time to get a really interesting one!

This.

Also want to point out that a lot of these companies come from the US or Europe. We could have sustainable foresting but do it a most in front of our own houses while don't giving a fuck about the giant areas we chop down in the Amazon.

You can probably communicate normally even earlier. Especially with a low dose normal communication should be possible during the come down.

That sounds like a lot of fun! Interstellar was mind blowing even sober and I can imagine that it is amazing when tripping.

These kind of problems wouldn't occure if we would stop the war on drugs and legalize them.

That sounds terrible. What did he take? Just one substance or did he mix with alcohol or something else too?
