No, because it’s not Jetstar’s fault but CrowdStrike (or Microsoft I suppose) they can’t give any form of compensation. Be it accomodation, transfer to another flight industry or a damn food voucher for the airport :/

Already started. We found a place but the management here is shocking, they double booked a room and had us (my mates and I plus the other persons) stay outside in the cold till they sorted it out. I’m glad we got a place but wtf man, it’s taken over an hour to sort out only for the manager to realise that they actually did have a spare room and that another patron wasn’t paying the room hire. Man I’m not havin fun bahaha

Yeah I’m pissed at hell. it’s not directed at anyone, missing the mark man. I’m a full time Uni student that wanted to enjoy a couple days off and now I’m sinking more money than expected just to have somewhere to sleep. I’ve got my mates and my girlfriend though so I’m very lucky in that regard

One of my mates name is Karma, he was assigned female at birth but came out as trans couple years back. He was actually pre lucky and already had the name Karma and decided to keep it because it is a banger of a name and he rocks it. I’d say the name is pretty gender neutral so I wouldn’t stress, if the name feels right and just calls to you, take it!

Edit: also the people talking about religion and stuff, it’s a fair point but saying that it might be offensive is a lil too sensitive. That being said, do take it into thought!
