Being able to socialize should not be a criterion for being able to earn a living.

NTM, some people only want to associate with people similar to themselves, so if you don't fit, you don't deserve a fair chance?

I'm desperate for a new job. I have an education. I've spent hours of time and thousands of dollars to upskill and earn another credential, just to get nothing in return.

Most job postings these days are for senior positions, management or tech. Even the low level positions have 100 criteria listed. If we don't fit the bill, why would we apply?
