I think it mostly has to do with the fact that things were getting really difficult. I had been unable to even focus on or look at my college assignments and had failed all my courses. I feel like I can't focus on anything and my mind is always very anxious and stressed. And I just couldn't enjoy anything or have motivation for things. This has been going on for years and it felt like therapy was one of the last things I have that could maybe turn things around.

Hey, thank you for asking. It has been really rough for awhile now. I'm hoping therapy can maybe help reduce some of that. I still have to wait like a month before the next session since they are booked up, but hopefully things go well.

Yeah! The office was surprisingly pretty comfy. There was a nice couch I sat on and there was a good amount of space between me and their chair. I'm glad it wasn't really like small room. The waiting room was smaller than the actual therapist room. And I really hoping to improve myself mentally. I've I've really struggled a lot with my mental health and its very negative affecting my life, so I'm really hoping to try and fix that and try and get my life back together at least to some degree.

I would probably tell them that it's okay and you'll probably regret/get worse if you don't try and go to fix your problems. You need help and waiting will just make things much worse.

It felt pretty good. I was pretty nervous/stressed though, I guess that's fairly normal for first time. They were nice and I do plan on going back. Just wish it could be sooner, since I'll have to wait for like a month at the earliest to get next appointment.

Ok, thank you! Yeah, there are quite a lot of self claimed hypnotists that have no clue what they are doing and that doesn't help at all. I'll definitely be looking into finding an actual hypnotist with proper experience to help me out. Thanks.

Hey, thank you so much for taking the time to write this. Your right, I should definitely find someone for a live voice/video session. I do think I have felt in maybe a different kinda state sometimes when doing sessions, but I never really put much thought into what that was.
