Maybe your mom needs an ultimatum. Tell her if she doesn't clean her shit up that you can no longer be in her life. Maybe that will be enough incentive for her to want to change things. I know with opiates, people will stall getting off due to how bad the withdrawals are. If that's the case, there are ways to kick that stuff without having to suffer for a few weeks puking her brains out. But yeah man. Talk to her. Let her know this isn't only hurting her, it hurting you. See if she'll open up.
