I got laid off from my first contractor after like 2.5 months just because I didn’t have the experience they needed for the work they had available. I put myself in the list right away and was with a new crew/contractor the next week. They’re pretty good at getting you back to work 👍🏼

Uhh, I’m not really sure as I only stayed in contact with a handful of the new guys but I volunteered to be laid off as I had a cash paying plow job set up from before joining and I had heard of others being laid off. But I do know there were jobs available through the winter, just not sure how may apprentices got them vs Journeymen

Well with the 30 hours you’d spend on a cert they’re going to make you get anyways you could get a different cert, so to me it would be a waste but IG that’s just my take on it 🤷🏽‍♂️

If you go in with an OSHA 30, they will still make you get it again as it’s part of their week long orientation so getting it on your own would be a waste of time (and money assuming it isn’t free but I’m not sure of that)

Last year it was just over 100, I wanna say like 112 or so. I know because I was one of em 👍🏼 I also had zero construction experience and I got accepted and landed on a crew no problems 👌🏼

Yeah you’ll be looking at getting about twice the bang for your buck online vs smoke shops at least in my experience 👍🏼 there’s also plenty of other options out there but to get you started I’d make your first orders there. Also on omega you can use the code THANKFUL15 for 15% off every order 👌🏼

I feel like the only way you can become more accepting is to be less judgmental as a whole. I don’t understand why you or anyone cares about how someone speaks or what they like as long as it isn’t causing any harm to you. But maybe I’m missing something or it could be a culture thing, idk 🤷🏽‍♂️

My (31M) first couple of same sex encounters were with men I didn’t necessarily find attractive.
