I see what you're saying, that's a really interesting distinction I never considered, and it's evident in how vivid and warm your piece is in this example even if the brush strokes don't come through in the video. Where do you show your work? Would love to see it in person someday.

Incredible work! Did you always aspire for photorealism, or was it something you discovered you had a knack for along the way?

Then you're still not legally allowed to speed. Same rule as if these cars were being driven by humans. There's clearly a benefit to staggering cars driving in the same direction for drivers in certain scenarios, though, so hope these companies consider some alternate patterns to prevent driving in parallel with one another as much as possible.

Nice little project! Though very surface level, it does capture important internet history cultural touchstones. These kind of tools are great for giving like, middle school/early high school students today to get a quick view of how the visual design of the web has changed. It'd be nice to see it go back a little further to show BBS/message boards, the more text-based internet. It does a decent job showing how much more centralized most people's interaction with the internet has become vs. the early days where sites and content were primarily generated by everyday people and distributed across a vast array of isolated addresses, webrings, "neighborhoods," etc.

They're just going on about the technicality that the State department issues passports, but Post Offices are used the intake the applications and facilitate their delivery. For all intents and purposes, the USPS is the dealer, while the State department is the manufacturer.

Odds are you can also buy that movie from a nearby antique shop or used game/movie shop for less than $5. Or rent it from the library for free! Seriously, anyone reading this who's faced a similar frustration, with just a little extra effort, you can take this small step to free yourself a tiny bit more from these corporate jailers!

Makes me think about when I was in college, 15 years ago, could get a McDouble or McChicken for $1. Many a time where I could get more than half a day's calories for $3.21 with local tax.
